Based on personal experience, and particularly my four-plus-year tenure with the 11-99 Foundation, currently as ceo, this rings so very true for me. Now, I am compelled to buy and read the book--after August 15th! Best, Edward
I think you will love this book, Edward. Communities of practices could be a powerful tool for your group. This book gives lots of options for creating and nurturing such a community. I especially like how it gives suggestions at the different stages. My personal reading is also postponed until after the 15th. Thanks for sharing! Linda
